- When my item is gonna be shipped?

For some items we need 2-3 business days and for others 4-5 business days your tracking to be added.

- Why my tracking is not added yet?

Usually we need a couple of days to add your tracking after your order is already shipped and on the way.

- Where my item is coming from?

We are working with several different suppliers and manufacturers in USA and overseas. The item will be shipped directly to you.

- Tracking shows that my order is delivered, but can't find it. What to do?

Please check if if someone else accepted the delivery or if its left in your mailbox or where you receive mail. If you still can't find it please contact us at support@overachieverz.com
